In a glass filled to the brim of shame,
Why I believed for so long, that you could help yourself, and I died
I died for you, tearing myself apart, killing part of me with you
And in the end, with the piece of me gone, I just wish I would not have tried
Because understanding you, has brought me to this point of insanity,
And what I fail to understand is driving me crazy.
Finalizing my dreams with black ink mixed with blood,
I’m putting a fucking period on this dream of yours,
Because I won’t submit myself to your self-indulgent bullshit
And with my final stroke on the page, I’ll laugh in your face you goddamn chore

Andy. That poem was awesome. I like this the best so far.
The last two stanzas of this one are fucking awesome, and surprisingly familiar to me. Now, let me sing your poems as songs, and also find me a band with which to do so.
And stop being emo about the comments, I just didn't check the post until today.
