As clear as the day it began
Shattered, divided, never what it was meant to be
Hopefully one day, ill triumph
Ah, that would be the day
Never again will I try
The memory of the pain is much more real than the glistening dream of success
Shattered, and divided, never whole again
Severed and conquered my mind
Disappearing into the abyss
All is my soul, and more is my mind
For one last day, I put on my mask
And face the day that wishes me gone
The people that seek me nowhere, and wish of me nothing
Faded into the background, unseen by you
Waited for a chance, but never taken,
Delivered straight from the womb of death,
And conceived through the utmost ingenuity
A day washed in blood, cleansed of all joy,
Shattered and divided, the innocence never remains whole
The one to my right: for all but one
Left: one for the all
I choose, hell, what choice
Never really conceived, just remained
Breaking into a thousand pieces, my tattered soul is lifted by my faith and the one object in my sight.
I seek to absolve my mind, and to abstain from the visions that plague me so.
When I realize: my mind is a clear slate, nothing has changed, and everything stays the same
I put the cold metal of the.45 up to my temple, kiss the sky one last time, and look to embrace my passing…

hm. well thank you. that was an older piece that i liked a lot. i just recently wrote a new one that pertains a lot to what is going on with my personal shit now ,but ill save your site of being spammed by my writings. perhaps ill email it to you sometime. its also on Facebook. Thanks. |
