**Edit** So blah blah blah irrelevance, so here is an update of the project. We have signal through ADC&FIFO , the GPS and MCU are homies now, just need to parse out ZDA strings and PPS and we're golden. If anyone has a Microsecond counter (specifically to trigger off a specific MS) they can toss my way that would be greatly Appreciated. (In C, and windows compatible, ie being only compatible with the Linux kernel if that even makes a diff lemme know) (This will eventually trigger from the UTC seconds, and put into another element in an array). er I'm done for le day.

This looks like a job for...
MAGNESIUM!
/que super-mags-coder-extraordinaire music
I believe Snizzle recently graduated and got a programming degree-- he may also be of some help here, not sure.

I think your problem is probably somewhere in your flux capacitor, but withour seeing your code I can't be certain...

Grats on the awesome sounding job. I wish you all the best and hope that you apply this to help humanity rather then hinder it. You kind of seem built like a friend of my brother's who's a rocket scientist (literally) and no doubt his research has done harm to thousands. You are well beyond my skillset in your specialty within Computer Software Engineering (SE means social engineering not software engineering to the majority of people). I'd love to be a hacker like you are, but doubt that I ever will be that deep into the guts of electronic engineering to gain that distinction. However the universal truth with programing is that you need the right toolset for the job and you need google. following the LMGTFY moto, I have come across the tool that you require to do your job, and that is AVR Dragon. There's a mention of AVR programming tools at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atmel_AVR that pointed me there. Sorry I can't help you more but I don't know RISC, I don't know AMTEL, and I don't know JTAG. I do know a bit of programming and I do know that you can read anything you can write to, and you can read more then you can write to. Universal security concept here is that if you can hold it physically, you can own it. I see no reason your doohicky is any different.

I think it was both the randomness of the comment plus the fact that you used the plural of "woman", haha. Also, Crank knows more than Mags about... anything!? THE WORLD IS DOOMED! lol

OHAI, good to see some responses, sorry I've yet to respond, on some terms apparently I've agreed to keep code within my group and on my computer... since it's "indirectly" associated with AFRL none who is "Out-processed" with AF may use or access the -in simplest terms, "the code that makes my code work" lol >< , i'll leave it at that, but I think i've gotten most figured out, and if not, well I got another month to figure it out lol, anywho lunch is over and I shall chatz et it up later, oh and <3 magz *Edit* Just got mah clearance and as far as the technicalities, I guess I can post my code if you wanna see et, but most the stuff is working...for now. Thx again <3

After reviewing more documentation a bit more thoroughly, I realized the previous team had that LULZ I B SENIOR IN COLLAGE N HAZ 1 SEMESTER LEFT DERP DERP mentality and just really dgaf, but found out a lot of the corrections and to have the MC act as a host, all I had to do was find drivers through cypress and program it in the bootloader DERP, (Fuckin HATE programming drivers specifically usb - when they want PnP) oh man its 0736 and Im already cryin about today. OH N I HAZ WIKI NAO lululul,
keep you up to date another time, project haz its flawz for me to fix ><
