Cool article, I'm very excited to try some of the new characters. I'm curious if it really did get a speed increase or if people are just feeling that in their head or whatever.
This. I feel like it might be the latter because I'm sure capcom would have announced that there is a speed increase. That would be too big of a change not to mention.
