lol the only good part of HE-MOTIONS is that I found this other video on youtube when looking for it because I've seen this CD cover and I wondered how stupid it was... lol.  this unrelated but similarly titled video is kind of funny though i guess Tongue

As a man, society tells me I can't display emotion.  But society didn't say anything about HE-MOTIONS! 

I'm assuming a HE-MOTION is where you display a taboo emotion while doing something manly.  For example:  sobbing loudly while farting belligerently. 

That is also an example of what snizzle does about 20 times a day...
