of the band's drummer Darren Cesca going absolutely nuts on the drums. It's about 5 minutes long, but man, that guy can play FAST. In case you don't already know, Burn In Silence is a great band that I found out about a few months back when they released their debut album "Angel Maker". The album is pretty sweet, if you haven't heard anything off of it, you should check out the
or checkout the band's MySpace Page.

He did something for like, 1/2 of a second-- Rammstein has a good drummer, but that's a poor comparison in that video.

nicholas barker of dimmu borgir wins :
oh and thats not a solo thats just his normal blast beats... go listen to one of their albums, i'd recommend Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia, he is one of the best drummers out there right now.

Dimmu Borgir is a good band-- I have "Death Cult Armageddon", it's a pretty good CD for sure.

That's a negatory. That makes me a little sad, but they're a new band so such lineup changes are to be expected.

I'd say on speed and skill... no competition.. Slipknot! Rammstein and Dimmu are good. Joey Jordison i'm pretty sure was the drummer for Ministry also. Lamb of God is good too.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=wdHceDElBxsI'd say on speed and skill... no competition.. Slipknot! Rammstein and Dimmu are good. Joey Jordison i'm pretty sure was the drummer for Ministry also. Lamb of God is good too. joey jordison is a good showman, not a particularly amazing drummer... and no he was in murderdolls, not ministry Chris adler from LOG is amazing, nick barker is wicked. Dimmu's new drummer: Hellhammer (formerly of the blackest of black metal bands: MAYHEM!!!) is absolutely amazing.... btw you can get illegal copies of in sorte diaboli now from torrent also, for pure lots of things going on and legendaryness: MIKE PORTNOY! he is probably the biggest dick in the world as a person, but there is no denying he is a fucking nuts drummer. also danny carey of tool for writing stuff in fucked up time signitures (5/8 and 7/8 repeating time signatures)

Personally my favorite drummers go: Danny Carey - hes the man (odd time signatures, occult geometry incorporated into his drumming, plus the smoothness - very nice) Nick Barker - this guy is just way too cool and its a shame he left dimmu borgir before we get to see them in concert Chris Adler - I like this guy because of his personality and that he seems to always have a great time when hes drumming Yoggi - pretty much my best friend in RL, therefore he is one of my favorite drummers (albeit a crappy one) PS: Dream Theater is exceptionally good technically, but I am really not a big fan of their performances or personality therefore they do not go on my favorite musicians chart. (I still respect their talent as musicians though).
