yup exactly, Winter on the Wii had promise but got cancelled. most likely because it wasnt  campy horror lol. RE5 was a huge let down for me..I saw all the signs...I knew what was coming but I still held out hope. Its a fun game in a Arnold schwarzenegger terminator kinda way, but I miss the days of being so freaked out I almost didn't wanna play lol. I enjoy haggered controls and only having 3 bullets for my gun. For me that intensified the feeling of horror. I knew the new RE was scareless when i saw the first pics of Chris with his watermelon sized arms. If those bastards want the Siren series they're gonna have to pry it out of my cold dead hands....then my cold undead hands....then my cold undead crimson hands lol.

They start out as zombies of dark skinned people, then become ancient shaman in tiki huts chucking spears at you.  I can't see how that flew.

I just think the japanese developers didnt  really see it as a big deal. I mean they've been warning us, they've been dropping a skin color roughly every generation, testing the waters lol. They also never enslaved any blacks so theres no guilt trip bullshit over there. It probably didnt seem like a big deal to them. By the time the shit starting flying, too much money was already invested to bother with a change.
