damn i can't see them either, does he play without a crosshair? either that or its really small... i don't have that kind of aiming... technical movement on the otherhand would be fun to learn XD

He may have just made a dot on his actual monitor instead of using an in game crosshair.

the footage is just captured with the ingame replay recorder, then played back with the HUD turned off.  Quake Live has a gameplayer recorder kind of like saving replays in SSB:Brawl.
