It's only a $40 difference....batarangs sometimes are $12-15 that you find at a mall. And they look crappy compared to this one. There's a cool journal (inmate encyclopedia). I think it's worth it. |

I'm gonna wait for some reviews first, I was excited until i saw Eidos was involved. They've fucked up alot of games, and fucked them up bad. They always look nice too, until you actually get your hands on the controls lol.

There are eidos games that are really good too though...
The original Deus Ex and Thief come to mind. I understand what you mean though...they have had poops too.

see thats the thing, they used to be like Rare. Used to make some really good games. Then they stopped and the games turned out like shit. Those games were good, i loved them. But Deus ex was released in 2000, the last thief game in 2004. Since then the quality of their games has dropped badly (25 to life...im looking at you). By '06 most people basically held them in contempt...at least in console circles. I want this game to be good, but seriously, if they pull some tomb raider level design/controls bullshit on this, i hope they go bankrupt.

Even though I think this game looks amazing, let's not forget that every batman game EVER has sucked ass. |
