That's sounds like something with your mouse more than something with the game... I'm not sure. I just got back from a Brawl tournament though, I'll try to look into this for you but I thin it's probably your mouse, though it could be filtering as I suggested.
how do i turn filering off? i checked in the game settings and it wasnt there.
also not my mouse, it moves smooth as hell in every other app
