I have been listening to a band by the name of Psyclon Nine for some time, thinking they were the only ones doing what they were doing. Recently I picked up a copy of "Alternative" magazine, and found, to my enjoyment, more similar bands that fall into a genre known as "Dark Electro" (AKA Aggrotech). The genre is an evil evolution of techno, inflecting it with, industrial and black metal sounds, anti-religious or violence themed lyrics and samples taken from various places, but mainly horror movies. The vocals are often screamed and heavily processed, making for a sweet effect.

Bands to look into:
Psyclon Nine:
Blending blast beats with industrial noise and anti-religious/societal lyrics, Psyclon Nine are something you don't see every day. The most black metal influenced band in the genre I've found so far, really interesting lyrics such as:
"You ripped the soul from the child in me
Bow down to the land of the free
Bow down to the world that made me"

Listen to them here

or watch these videos (second one is crap quality but a great song):

Dawn of Ashes:
Their latest album "The Crypt Injection" mixes a danceable groove with screamed vocals and a whole lot of sampling, making for an album that sounds like you should be dancing to while brutally murdering anyone who comes a little too close into your personal bubble. I'm too tired to get my words out properly, so just go listen to them and LOVE IT!

I'll add more as I find them, until i find the next genre to expose like a virgin on prom night.

To love music more than life itself, is such a waste, of life, and love, and hell.
Modern desires to create euphoric misery we make for ourselves.
For modern music is self-indulgent, we have always done it for ourselves.
For it is not a matter of life and death, but life only and itself.

Hellz yeah demonic techno!  They need to play that at the clubs and you could do some sort of zombie robot dance to it.

A very cool and unique find, as always, Yoggi.  I like Dawn of Ashes best, I just yoinked the CD and I'll be giving it a listen sometime this week hopefully.
