:::::UPDATED::::: Some kind soul finally updated Stun Watch to work for 2.4, HOORAY! http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/11833/I'll leave my mod info below just because, but all you should need to use now is Stun Watch, from the above link.
<<<Old Post>>>First of all, if you are looking for 2.4 supported mods, here is a list of just about ALL of them: http://www.wowinterface.com/survivalguide.phpNow, for the Bars
Sadly, none of the Stun watching mods except NECB work for 2.4, and I hate NECB... But, there's good news! Ominous's ClassTimer mod still works! Grab it here.ClassTimer will monitor your Stuns/Buffs for your Target and your Focus. It will not monitor ANYTHING on players/mobs that are not your Target or your Focus. Sadly, it does not monitor CC for ALL targets, which means that it will not track Blind/Sap on anything that isn't a Focus or a Target. I have a solution for that, though! If you are a Rogue and still in need of a Stun Bar that monitors NON targets/focuses (ANYTHING with your CC on it), download my separate bar in addition to this one. It's a hack of Ominous's older mod that will still display CCs on ALL targets. Download ZerabituFu here.ClassTimer Screen (Target / Focus Only): Stun/CC Timers for ALL CLASSES in 2.4 ZerabituFu Screen (Separate Bar for ALL players/mobs with your CC on it (Rogue Only)): Stun/CC Timers for ALL CLASSES in 2.4 It clears stuns/buffs when the target dies and is very customizable. Thanks to Ulric and Daarky on the Rogue forums to bringing this mod to my attention. Bump DIS! http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=5539826449&sid=1

Will your post is inaccurate. You said that there was a stun/cc timer for ALL classes. As we all know Shaman have no Stun or CC, still the only class without such ability. /cryface.

If you used an engineering item that generated a CC (Mind Control, Rocket Helm, Net, etc.) it would still tell you, even though you're a shaman. Will's post is right. However, #23 in the battlegroup 2s team says this mod is for wankstas.

Hey there. I think you got an issue with 2 overlapping "Expose Armor" counters showing. Now I'm utterly crap at making addons but I did notice this - In ZerabituFuDOT\Bars\DOTs.lua, you have a rule for EA In ZerabituFuStun\Bars\DOTs.lua, again you have a rule for EA Dunno if that's relevant or not. I deactivated ZerabituFuDOT and the overlapping problem went away. You think you can have a look at this? Thanks

However, it is totally optional while still using both bars. I put that there on purpose-- because some people like having EA on the Stun bar, while others prefer it on a seprate bar-- you can actually turn either off in-game, by using the addon menu on the Minimap and selecting or de-selecting the Expose Armor option from either bar. I.E. you could have the stun bar display EA and the bleed bar just display rupture and garrote. Just right-click either icon on the minimap and presto!

Posted earlier, but for some reason my post didn't go through.
Great add on and I find it a good replacement for Stunwatch.
There are a couple of things though that if it could be fixed, would be awesome.
1: Like you said earlier, the bars don't disappear on death. If someone can fix this that would be great. 2: The timers don't take into consideration diminishing returns. If you could add diminishing returns into the bars then great =)
Once these 2 things become fixed I think this will be the best add on for watching stuns.

Glad you like the mod! I'm hoping that someone with better coding knowledge than me will come along and make a better mod-- since that hasn't happened yet, I'm losing hope, hahaha. If that never happens (yikes!) then I'll have no choice but to put more time into this mod, but I'm not exactly an ideal candidate, haha. But I don't know the coding well enough at the moment, especially with the new Combat log-- it's a real BITCH to work with. I imagine that's why no one else has made a better mod yet :\
